• There is a security system and lockable safe fitted to the villa for your peace of mind.

• We provide a travel cot and high chair at no extra cost but you will need to bring your own cot linen.

• A child safety gate can be provided to prevent the little ones going near the swimming pool.

• An iron and ironing board are provided as is a free-standing fan.

• There are a good selection of board games some playing cards and childrens toys.

• There are good quality outdoor tennis courts less than 10 minutes walk from the villa.

We ask our guests not to smoke inside the villa, ashtrays are provided outside on the patio.

Welcome Pack

For an additional cost, we can provide a standard welcome pack containing: 4 beers, a large bottle of water, a bottle of lemonade, a load of bread, milk, teabags, coffee, sugar, ham, cheese, butter, a large pack of crisps, a packet of biscuits and toilet rolls. How long does it take to get to the villa from the airport?

It takes approximately 35 minutes to get from Arrecife airport to the villa.

How big is the pool?

It's a very large pool, measuring 9m x 5m varying in depth from 1m to 2m. The pool is also solar heated.

How far are the beaches?

Playa Flamingo, Playa Blanca and Playa Dorada beaches are all 15 minutes walk from the villa. Papagayo beach is a short drive, as is Marina Rubicon.

Our return flight leaves late, can we check out later than 10am?

You may reserve the villa for a further day subject to availability although this will be at an additional cost.

Our flight arrives late in the evening, will someone be available for a late check in?

How do I pay the reservation deposit?

You can either:

What is the average temperature in Lanzarote?

The warm airflow carried in from the neighbouring Sahara desert keeps the tempterature in Lanzarote between 21ºC in January to 30ºC in August.

Can I get by without speaking Spanish?

Lanzarote is a long established tourist destination for British and other European visitors. Consqequently English is widely spoken everywhere although It would be helpful and courteous if you knew some Spanish phrases.

• Puerto del Carmen - Bioshphere, Avenida de las Playas.
• Playa Blanca - Along the promenade, Calle Limones, Marina Rubicón and the leisure centre Papagayo.
